Hyatt Place Arlington/Courthouse Plaza

I have stayed here a few times, and enjoy my stay everytime. Customer service e is always top notch! I recommend this location.

Had a great time. Room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was great and there was extremely great staff managing breakfast. Especially Maria who went above and beyond to make sure I was fed and taken care of.

I had written a really nice review when I stayed in June 2025, but for some reason my review is gone. So, here is another review minus photos. The Hyatt Place in Arlington was a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed wasn’t the best hotel bed, but it wasn’t horrible. It just felt more like a futon than a bed. What made the stay was the staff. From the hotel clerks, to the kitchen ladies, to housekeeping and maintenance; everyone I met was kind, accommodating and so friendly. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The individual quiches were sublime! Honestly, one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. I wish I still had my photos, but I deleted them after I posted my initial review. Stay at the Hyatt Place with confidence.

Stayed here for two nights on a leisure visit to DC. This hotel was excellent. The staff were very kind and accommodating when I stopped in very late at night after having issues with the other hotel I booked. It’s in a great location close to a lot of good restaurants and shops as well as a quick walk to the metro if you want to get around. The room was very clean and the breakfast was also very good even down to the coffee which is usually an afterthought. Can’t recommend it enough!

My family and I really enjoyed this hotel! The location was great. Within walking distance to a lot of different food options. The area felt relatively safe. Breakfast was great. I just wished the eggs stayed warm. Sometimes, even in the serving pan, the eggs were cold. Staff were incredibly helpful and kind! the room was clean. Heads up: please be vigilant and drive slowly in the parking garage if you bring a car. The parking garage is way too tight of a squeeze for the amount of cars there. Also there is no indication of the dead-end at the bottom so if you get stuck, its going to be a pain to do a 21-point turn out of there.

Stayed 4 nights at Hyatt Place Arlington/Courthouse Plaza. The front desk was super friendly and even pointed me to the nearest convenience store on my first night. Location is great — quiet, close to the airport, and just 8 minutes from the metro. Pros: Spacious and clean rooms, 24-hour gym, oven on Level 1, decent breakfast. Cons: No kettle (only drinking water at the gym), and the top shower spray is really weak (bathtub is fine). Overall, a comfortable stay with great location — just a few minor tweaks needed.

Great experience. Location is really great, near stores like Whole food, Starbucks, Pottery Barn, and great restaurants. Really nice area. Rooms are pristine, spacious, and I really appreciate the kitchenette. Customer service is really great, very polite and smiling staff, very helpful. I will definitely come back.

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Hyatt Arlington. While the breakfast lives up to the high standards you expect from the Hyatt brand, the real highlight was a staff member named Maria. Alas. she is, without a doubt, the warmest and most welcoming person I have ever encountered at a hotel breakfast. Maria greets every guest with such genuine kindness that it feels like having a meal at home. Even in a position where tips aren't the norm, she goes out of her way to check on everyone and ensure they are enjoying their food. Her dedicated service and the "home away from home" atmosphere she creates made my stay truly special. Maria is a fantastic asset to this hotel, and her hospitality is the main reason I will definitely be returning in the future!
